Aluminum sanction from the USA to Russia – Bloomberg HT

The White House’s statement on Friday regarding its comprehensive sanctions against Russia drew attention to the aluminum item that Turkey also imports from Russia in significant quantities.

The United States announced that from March 10, it will impose a 200 percent tariff on aluminum and its derivatives produced in Russia.

The US also said it will impose a 200 percent tariff on imports of products containing any amount of primary aluminum that is melted or spilled in Russia from April 10.
