Competition Board approved some takeover transactions
According to the announcement on the Competition Authority’s website, the Board authorized the acquisition of sole control of Heska Corporation by Mars, Incorporated through Antech Diagnostics, Inc.
The acquisition of the control of Univera Bilgisayar Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ and its indirect subsidiary Univis Bilişim Destek Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ by TURK Elektronik Para AŞ has been approved.
