Denizbank secured syndication – Bloomberg HT
Denizbank announced that it has obtained a syndicated loan.
In the statement made by the bank, it was reported that syndication of $ 530 million was provided.
The transaction, in which Mizuho Bank is the intermediary bank, was carried out under the coordination of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Emirates NBD Capital and ICBC Turkey. Emirates NBD Capital, Standard Chartered Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation acted as ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) Coordinator in the transaction.
There was no information about the cost of the loan provided in the statement.
Denizbank General Manager Hakan Ateş made the following assessment regarding the syndication provided: We are providing 530 million dollars of foreign funding by reaching the highest turnover rate in the sector with 117 percent. Since the beginning of 2023, the amount of fresh funds that our bank has brought to the economy has exceeded 1.4 billion dollars with our syndication transaction.
