Dividend distribution decision from Alarko

In the statement made by Alarko Holding to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was stated that the company decided to distribute dividends at the general assembly dated May 29.

In the statement, it was stated that the net profit for the period was 11.4 billion TL in the consolidated financial statements of the company for 2022, and it was decided to distribute a portion of 47.1 million TL (Gross) to the shareholders as dividends in cash.

In addition, 80.3 million TL, which is 75% of the sales profit of the subsidiaries, is transferred to the special funds account in liabilities in order to benefit from the corporate tax exemption, the remaining amount is added to the extraordinary reserves, and 96.3 million TL (Gross) is added to the extraordinary reserves in the previous years. It was stated that it was decided to distribute the shares in cash.

In the statement, it was stated that the distribution of dividends will start on 31.05.2023.
