Economy and politics agenda – 29 April 2023

1- Developments regarding earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş are being followed.

2- President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will visit TEKNOFEST at Atatürk Airport, meet with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and attend the İzmir rally in Gündoğdu Square.

3- Vice President Fuat Oktay will meet with OSTİM management and business people at the OSTİM Conference Hall, and will meet with the representatives of fellow citizens of Kayseri in Yenimahalle.

4- Presidential candidate and CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu will attend the meetings in Kayseri and Isparta.

LEGISLATIVE EXECUTIVE POLITICS

1- Minister of Justice and AK Party Şanlıurfa deputy candidate Bekir Bozdağ will meet with tradesmen and participate in the openings of election liaison offices.

2-Minister of Family and Social Services Derya Yanık will speak in the presentation of the Aging Vision Document and the National Action Plan for Elderly Rights.

3- Murat Kurum, Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and AK Party Istanbul deputy candidate, will take part in the “Tokat People Meeting” event at Sancaktepe Kadir Topbaş Cultural Center.

4- Minister of Interior and AK Party Istanbul 2nd Region deputy candidate Süleyman Soylu will attend the opening of Rami Stadium in Eyüpsultan, hold a rally here and watch the Fame Match. Minister Soylu will visit TEKNOFEST at Atatürk Airport and will meet with the citizens at the Esenler neighborhood meeting.

5- Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer will attend the opening of Samsun Maturation Institute Culture and Art Center.

6- MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli will attend the open-air meetings themed “My Dear Nation is Your Turn on May 14” organized by his party in Eskişehir and Kütahya.

7- IYI Party Chairman Meral Akşener will attend the opening of the election coordination center in Haleplibahçe District in Şanlıurfa.

8- AK Party Deputy Chairman Numan Kurtulmuş will attend the MUSIAD General Assembly, the opening of the AK Party Bahçelievler Election Liaison Office and the participation ceremony to be held at the AK Party Istanbul Provincial Presidency.

9- Presidential candidate and Chairman of the Country Party, Muharrem İnce, will make a press statement at Ali Hikmet Paşa Square in Balıkesir and participate in the presentation of the parliamentary candidates, and will march on Anafartalar and Kızılay streets; He will make a press statement and meet with the public in Bursa.

ECONOMY FINANCE

1- Nureddin Nebati, Minister of Treasury and Finance, will speak at the opening of the Izmir Economics Congress.

2- Vahit Kirişci, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry and AK Party Kahramanmaraş deputy candidate, will attend the 24 classroom Haydar Aliyev Primary School Groundbreaking Ceremony, meet with mukhtars and citizens, open the election office, and meet with the AK Party organization.

3- Trade Minister Mehmet Muş will hold a bilateral meeting with Azerbaijan Economy Minister Mikayil Cabbarov. The two ministers will sign the Turkey-Azerbaijan Preferential Trade Agreement and make a press statement.
