Electricity prices in the spot market (02.06.2022)
According to the data of Energy Markets Operations Inc., the transaction volume in the spot electricity market increased by 5.1 percent compared to yesterday and reached 1 billion 778 million 935 thousand 962 liras.
The price of one megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was determined as 3 thousand 650 liras at the highest 09.00, 10.00 and 16.00 – 18.00 hours for tomorrow, and 2 thousand 250 liras at 03.00 hours.
The arithmetic average price of one megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was 3 thousand 140 liras 54 cents, and the weighted average price was 3 thousand 199 liras 61 cents.
In the spot market, one megawatt hour of electricity was traded at the highest 3 thousand 650 liras and the lowest 2 thousand 375 liras.
