Electricity prices in the spot market (06.05.2023)

According to the data of Energy Markets Operations Inc., the transaction volume in the spot electricity market increased by 23.6 percent compared to yesterday and reached 762 million 706 thousand 738 liras and 60 kurus.

The price of 1 megawatt-hour electricity in the day-ahead market was determined as 2 thousand 450 liras at 20.00, the highest at 20.00 for tomorrow, and 900 liras at 06.00 at the lowest.

In the day-ahead market, the arithmetic average price of 1 megawatt-hour of electricity was 1567 liras 52 cents, and the weighted average price of 1598 liras 18 cents.

The price of one megawatt-hour of electricity in the spot market has been determined as 2 thousand 99 liras, 99 cents at the highest, and 500 liras at the lowest.
