Electricity prices in the spot market (07.04.2023)

According to the data of Energy Markets Operations Inc., the transaction volume in the spot electricity market decreased by 16.97 percent compared to yesterday and became 895 million 602 thousand 956 liras.

The price of 1 megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was determined as 2 thousand 600 liras, the highest at 18.00-21.00 for tomorrow, and 1499 liras and 99 kurus at the lowest at 07.00 and 15.00.

The arithmetic average price of 1 megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was 2 thousand 2 liras 37 cents, and the weighted average price was 1994 lira 66 cents.

In the spot market, 1 megawatt-hour of electricity was traded today at the highest 2 thousand 600 liras and the lowest 1750 liras.
