Electricity prices in the spot market (12.04.2023)

According to the data of Energy Markets Operations Inc., the transaction volume in the spot electricity market decreased by 13.5% compared to yesterday and became 905 million 719 thousand 705 liras.

The price of 1 megawatt-hour electricity in the day-ahead market was determined as 2 thousand 409 liras 98 cents at 09:00, the highest at 09:00, and 1250 liras at 04:00 at the lowest.

The arithmetic average price of 1 megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was 1849 liras 22 cents, and the weighted average price was 1873 liras 86 cents.

In the spot market, 1 megawatt hour of electricity was traded at the highest 2 thousand 549 liras 99 cents and the lowest 1544 liras at 45 cents.
