Electricity prices in the spot market (14.04.2023)

According to the data of Energy Markets Operations Inc., the transaction volume in the spot electricity market decreased by 32.7 percent compared to yesterday and became 488 million 492 thousand 370 liras.

The price of 1 megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was determined as 2 thousand 600 liras at 20.00, the highest at 20.00, and 100 liras and 1 kurus at the lowest hours at 12.00 and 13.00.

The arithmetic average price of 1 megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was 1038 liras 36 cents, and the weighted average price was 1044 liras 39 cents.

In the spot market, 1 megawatt hour of electricity was traded at 2 thousand 600 liras at the highest and 380 liras at the lowest 1 cent.
