Electricity prices in the spot market (15.05.2023)

According to the data of Energy Markets Operations Inc., the transaction volume in the spot electricity market increased by 3.24 percent compared to yesterday and reached 1 billion 79 million 918 thousand 537 liras.

The price of one megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was determined as 2 thousand 600 liras at 19.00 and 20.00, the highest for tomorrow, and 1249 liras at 07.00 at the lowest.

The arithmetic average price of one megawatt-hour of electricity in the day-ahead market was 2 thousand 63 liras 22 cents, and the weighted average price was 2 thousand 72 liras 98 cents.

In the spot market, one megawatt-hour of electricity was traded at 2 thousand 600 liras at the highest and at 98 kurus at the lowest 1048 liras.
