Equity liability of payment and e-money institutions increased

According to the new regulation published in the Official Gazette, the minimum equity amount increased from 5.5 million TL to 7 million TL for billing institutions, from 9 million TL to 15 million TL for payment institutions, and 25 million for electronic money institutions. It was increased from TL 41 million to TL 41 million.

The new regulation will enter into force on 30.06.2023.
