Erdogan: We will keep our promise to civil servants and pensioners

The Cabinet meeting chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ended.

The meeting at the Presidential Complex lasted about 3 hours. In a statement after the meeting, Erdogan said that the delivery of earthquake housing will start in October and November.

“Our aim is to deliver 319 thousand earthquake houses within a year. We will build a total of 650 thousand houses, 143 thousand of which are village houses, in the region. The number of residences, village houses and barns, the construction of which has started so far, has reached 180 thousand. We cannot bring back our lost souls, but we have the means and power to compensate for our financial losses. We will work without stopping and rest until we make our cities safer than before with its infrastructure and superstructure.” used the phrases.
