Gasoline and diesel price hike
After the increase in the exchange rate, gasoline and diesel prices increased. As of today, the liter price of gasoline has increased by 2.70 lira and the liter price of diesel has increased by 1.37 lira.
After the hike, the average liter price of gasoline on the European side of Istanbul increased to 23.92 liras, in Ankara 24.34 liras, in İzmir 24.37 liras, in Bursa 24.34 liras, in Adana 24.69 liras and in Diyarbakır 25.02 liras.
On the European side of Istanbul, the liter price of diesel increased to 22.05 liras, in Ankara to 22.51 liras, in İzmir 22.63 liras, in Bursa 22.54 liras, in Adana 22.85 liras, and in Diyarbakır 23.20 liras.
With the latest hikes, the gasoline price has increased by 23 percent and the diesel price by 1 percent so far in 2023.
