Koç Holding and Stellantis NV announced that they aim to further expand and enlarge their existing Tofaş joint ventures in order to provide products and services to customers and business partners efficiently and to increase the operational potential in Turkey.
All Stellantis brands offered for distribution in Turkey as a result of the agreement; It will be distributed by Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Citroen, DS Automobiles, Jeep, Maserati, Opel, and Peugeot Tofaş.
In the statement made by the company, all activities in Turkey are under a single roof with the support of two strong shareholders. under It was stated that the merger will allow unprecedented synergies in worldwide commercial activities, production and R&D, and will also pave the way to offer wider and more efficient products and services to the Turkish consumer.
