The decision regarding the use of low-interest loans by Ziraat Bank and Agricultural Credit Cooperatives (TKK) of agricultural producers in some provinces that were damaged in the earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş was rearranged.

With the decision, the Presidential Decision regarding the postponement of loan debts was amended within the scope of the decisions regarding the granting of low-interest loans by Ziraat Bank and TKK to agricultural producers in some provinces damaged by the earthquakes that occurred on February 6th.

Change in the decision on supporting underground mining enterprises

Changes were also made in the Decision on Support to Cover the Cost Increases in Underground Mining Operations.

The decision published in the Official Gazette was taken in accordance with the provisional article 29 of the Mining Law No. 3213.

Accordingly, the phrases “31/12/2022” in subparagraph (c) of the first paragraph of Article 6 of the aforementioned decision were changed to “31/12/2023”.

In the first sentence of subparagraph (b) of the second paragraph of the decision, “Support payment is not made until the date when the operating activities are stopped within the scope of the Law No. 3213, until the date when the production preparation activities are found to be in contradiction with the operation project, until the date when this contradiction is remedied, and if it is determined that the work is done without the appointment of a permanent supervisor, no support payment is made.” re-formed.
