Royal Carpet is on sale for the 3rd time
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) is putting Royal Halı, where it has been a trustee since 2016, up for sale.
According to the announcement published on the SDIF’s website, the tender will be held on May 24, 2023. Those who want to participate in the tender must submit their bids by 23 May 2023 at the latest.
Closed envelope and auction methods will be applied together in the tender.
“Royal and Atlas Carpet Commercial and Economic Integrity”, which continues its activities in Gaziantep 4th Organized Industrial Zone with 470 personnel, was put up for sale with an estimated value of 773 million TL + VAT.
The estimated value of the tender was determined according to the report prepared by KPMG, one of the world’s leading independent valuation companies.
