Some food additives have been harmonized with EU legislation

The Regulation on the Amendment of the Turkish Food Codex Regulation on the Specifications of Food Additives, prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, entered into force by being published in the duplicate issue of the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, in order to reflect the changes made in the EU legislation to the national legislation, the product properties of some food additives were changed, and the product properties of some new additives were determined.

The list of food additives in question was published with the amendment of the regulation.
