TFI TAB Gıda signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Bank of China

TFI TAB Gıda Yatırımları signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bank of China covering financing, investment loans, corporate banking and capital market debt instruments.

The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding of the company, which is stated to be one of the 4 largest restaurant operators in the world with approximately 3 thousand restaurants in China and Turkey, was held with the participation of TFI Tab Gıda CEO Korhan Kurdoğlu and Bank of China General Manager Şiaoming GAO.

Making statements about the agreement, TFI TAB Gıda CEO Kurdoğlu said, “Today, we are proud of being the largest investor in China. We plan to open more than 200 restaurants in China this year alone. Our ecosystem companies not only supply our restaurants in Turkey, but also export to China. However, in line with China’s unique market conditions, we have created a local ecosystem with annual purchases exceeding 2 billion yuan. As TFI TAB Gıda Investments, we aim to establish a comprehensive cooperation model with this agreement with Bank of China, one of the largest banks in the world.”
