The decision on renewable energy investments is in the Official Gazette.

The Presidential Decree on Investments in Renewable Energy Resource Areas under the State of Emergency (OHAL) entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the stipulated periods for the utilization of the electricity produced in the free market within the scope of the contracts, which were competed in accordance with Article 4 of the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Resources for the Purpose of Electricity Generation and the relevant legislation, and which continued as of the effective date of this Presidential Decree, were extended for three months.
