Ülker Bisküvi increased its syndicated loan to $248 million with the participation of Gulf Bank
According to the statement made by the Company to the Public Disclosure Platform, one of Kuwait’s leading banks, Gulf Bank, participated in the syndication loan supply of 195 million dollars, which was announced by the Company with its announcement dated March 8, 2023, with 46.2 million euros.
With this participation, the total loan amount obtained by Ülker Bisküvi reached 248 million dollars.
The loan to be obtained from Gulf Bank will be used in the refinancing of the syndicated loan amounting to 375 million dollars, which is due in April 2023.
The company, under the leadership of Bank of America, Coöperatieve Rabo Bank UA and Emirates NBD Bank Capital Limited, in order to finance the repayment of the syndicated loan of 375 million dollars, which was due in April 2023, on March 8, and to strengthen its financial stability and short and medium-term strategies, JPMorgan Chase Bank announced that it had signed a $195 million syndication agreement with the participation of NA and Sharjah Islamic Bank PJSC.
